Kaçıyor is an information platform that aggregates restaurant and cafe menu information, allowing users to view menus, compare prices, and discover places in their area.

The Platform does not act as an intermediary for orders, reservations, or payments between restaurants and users. Menu information displayed on the Platform is compiled from publicly available sources and business owner submissions.

2. Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws and these Terms
• Provide accurate information and not submit intentionally false reports
• Refrain from actions that may damage the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not manipulate the XP, badge, or ranking systems

4. Menu Information and Limitation of Liability

Menu prices, operating hours, and venue information on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of this information. We recommend contacting the business directly for current prices and details.

AI-generated editorial content (list recommendations, price comparisons, etc.) is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

Business information on the Platform is obtained from the Google Places API and other publicly available sources. Kaçıyor is not responsible for the quality, hygiene, or safety of services provided by listed businesses.

5. Business Users

Business owners may submit a "claim" request for their business listed on the Platform. When applying:

• You must provide documentation demonstrating your connection to the business
• Legal responsibility for submitting misleading documents lies with the applicant
• The Platform reserves the right to accept or reject any application

As a business owner, you are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the content you share on the Platform (menus, photos, campaigns).

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Platform offers paid subscription plans and advertising products for business users. Subscriptions are processed through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval (monthly/yearly)
• Cancellation is done through your Apple or Google account settings
• Service continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
• No refunds are provided for partially used periods

Payment processing is managed entirely by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Refund requests are subject to the respective store's policies.

7. Advertising Content

Sponsored content on the Platform is labeled with a "Sponsored" tag. Advertising businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of their ad content. The Platform reserves the right to remove inappropriate advertisements at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform design, logo, badge designs, editorial content, and software are the property of Kazdağı Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Copyright of menu content belongs to the respective businesses.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. After deletion:

• There is a 30-day recovery period
• After 30 days, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention and Destruction Policy
• Data subject to legal retention requirements (billing records, etc.) will be retained for the applicable period

10. Business Removal Request

Owners of businesses listed on the Platform may request their business to be delisted. Requests can be submitted via kvkk@kaciyor.com or the in-app "Removal Request" button and will be reviewed within 7 business days.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide 30 days' advance notice of significant changes through in-app notifications and/or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Küçükçekmece) have jurisdiction over disputes. For consumer disputes, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
